    Ingredients

  • 3 Dates
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Teami Protein Powder

    Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
