The original purchaser of a Teami product (from teamiblends.ae) are entitled to a refund in the following situations:

1. If the product has a manufacturing defect.

2. The defect is recurring, even after the product has been replaced

Teami must be informed and receive the returned product within seven days of purchase; no returns will be accepted after this period;

The original purchaser must provide the receipt or invoice as received when the order was placed directly from Teami; and, the product must be unopened and unused. In addition, if the product is damaged or an item is missing, a picture of the product must be provided at the time of delivery.

You will receive your refund within 2 to 10 business days.

Refund may take longer depending on your bank. We recommend to reach out to your bank first if you haven't received your refund.
