    Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the matcha is fully dissolved.
  • Step 2

    Add the chia seeds and stir well to combine
  • Step 3

    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping
  • Step 4

    Serve chilled, topped with fresh fruit or granola if desired
