- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Matcha Powder
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners -

In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, rolled oats, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt -

In another bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup, eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract -

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined -

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups -
