    Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Matcha Powder
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners
  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, rolled oats, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • Step 3

    In another bowl, whisk together the honey or maple syrup, eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract
  • Step 4

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined
  • Step 5

    Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups
  • Step 6

    Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups
