MATCHA BANANA BREAD

    Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 1 Egg (or a flax egg for a vegan option)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1-2 tbsp Teami Matcha Powder
  • Pinch of Salt

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan
  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth
  • Step 3

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking soda, Teami matcha powder, and salt
  • Step 4

    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
  • Step 5

    Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan
  • Step 6

    Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  • Step 7

    Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
