MATCHA BANANA BREAD

- 2 ripe Bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Sugar (or your preferred sweetener)
- 1 Egg (or a flax egg for a vegan option)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup all-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1-2 tbsp Teami Matcha Powder
- Pinch of Salt

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan -
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, melted coconut oil, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth -
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking soda, Teami matcha powder, and salt -
Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined -
Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan -
Step 6
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean -
Step 7
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
