GUT FRIENDLY OVERNIGHT OATS

    Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop of Teami Gut Love Probiotic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons nonfat plain Greek Yogurt

    Toppings

  • Banana
  • Chia Seeds
  • Walnut

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Mix all ingredients except walnuts in a Mason jar or storage container.

  • Step 2

    Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Stir before serving and top with toasted walnuts. Enjoy.
