BERRY PROTEIN FROZEN YOGURT BITES

- 1 scoop Teami Berry Protein
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or any dairy-free yogurt of your choice)
- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or Honey (optional, for sweetness)
Ingredients

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and Teami Berry Protein until smooth and well combined -
Step 2
Fold in the mixed berries, gently stirring to evenly distribute them -
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or a mini muffin tin lined with cupcake liners -
Step 4
Place the mold or tin in the freezer and let the bites freeze for 2-3 hours, or until firm -
Step 5
Once frozen, pop them out of the mold and enjoy a refreshing, protein-packed snack!
