BERRY PROTEIN FROZEN YOGURT BITES

    Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Teami Berry Protein
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or any dairy-free yogurt of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or Honey (optional, for sweetness)

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and Teami Berry Protein until smooth and well combined
  • Step 2

    Fold in the mixed berries, gently stirring to evenly distribute them
  • Step 3

    Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or a mini muffin tin lined with cupcake liners
  • Step 4

    Place the mold or tin in the freezer and let the bites freeze for 2-3 hours, or until firm
  • Step 5

    Once frozen, pop them out of the mold and enjoy a refreshing, protein-packed snack!
