    Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Hydrate Electrolyte Supermix
  • 2 cups fresh Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Agave Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Water

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a blender, combine the raspberries, lemon juice, honey/agave syrup, and water

  • Step 2

    Blend until smooth

  • Step 3

    Stir in the Hydrate Electrolyte Supermix until fully dissolved

  • Step 4

    Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to break up ice crystals

  • Step 5

    Serve in scoops once fully frozen
