    Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag Teami Relax Tea
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple syrup
  • A pinch of Cinnamon

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Steep the tea bag in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly

  • Step 2

    Heat and froth the milk

  • Step 3

    Stir honey into the tea and pour the milk on top

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon
