  • 1 cup of Gluten-Free Oats blended or ¾ Cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Dairy Free or Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Scoop of Teami Wellness Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk


  • Step 1

    In a big bowl, mix the dry ingredients first. Then crack the eggs and pour in the milk. Use a whisk to blend them together well.

  • Step 2

    Combine the wet and dry ingredients until the mixture is smooth with very few lumps

  • Step 3

    Cook each pancake until you notice small bubbles forming on the surface. Then flip it and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
