    Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Matcha Powder
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, almond flour, and matcha powder
  • Step 2

    Add the honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined
  • Step 3

    Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into balls
  • Step 4

    Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Step 5

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up
  • Step 6
