HYDRATE SMOOTHIE POPS

    Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Hydrate Electrolyte Supermix
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • Fresh Mint leaves for Garnish (optional)

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a blender, combine the Hydrate Electrolyte Supermix, frozen raspberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and orange juice.
  • Step 2

    Blend until smooth
  • Step 3

    Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
  • Step 4

    Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid
  • Step 5

    Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving, if desired
