GUT LOVING BERRY PARFAIT

- 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tablespoon of 'Gut Love' Probiotic Powder
- 1/2 cup of Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup of Granola
- 1 tablespoon of Honey or Maple Syrup
Ingredients

Step 1
Mix the 'Gut Love' probiotic powder into the Greek yogurt until well combined. -
Step 2
In a glass or bowl, layer the Yogurt Mixture, berries, and granola. -
Step 3
Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top. -
Step 4
Repeat the layers if desired and enjoy a delicious and gut-healthy parfait!
