CITRUS BERRY COLLAGEN SMOOTHIE

    Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Teami Marine Collagen Powder
  • 1 cup frozen Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 Small Orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Spinach (optional, for added nutrients)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Agave Syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup Coconut Water or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Blend Ingredients : In a blender, combine the frozen berries, orange segments, banana, and additional ingredients of your choice
  • Step 2

    Add Collagen : Add the Teami Marine Collagen Powder
  • Step 3

    Sweeten and Flavor : Pour in the coconut water or almond milk, honey or agave syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Step 4

    Blend Smooth : Blend until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add more coconut water or almond milk.
  • Step 5

    Serve : Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
