    Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag Teami Boost Tea
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Lemon, sliced
  • 1-inch piece of fresh Ginger, sliced
  • Honey to taste

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Steep the tea bag with lemon slices and ginger in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and let cool

  • Step 2

    Stir in honey to taste

  • Step 3

    Serve hot or chilled over ice
