BERRY PROTEIN ACAI SMOOTHIE POPSICLES

    Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Teami Berry Protein
  • 1 packet Acai Puree (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Banana (for creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional, for sweetness)

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a blender, combine the Teami Berry Protein, acai puree, mixed berries, banana, coconut water, and maple syrup
  • Step 2

    Blend until smooth
  • Step 3

    Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top
  • Step 4

    Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for 4-6 hours, or until fully set
  • Step 5

    Once frozen, pop them out and enjoy your refreshing, protein-packed treat!
