MATCHA OATMEAL BREAD

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled Oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup melted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Teami Matcha Powder

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan
  • Step 2

    In a bowl, mix oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
  • Step 3

    In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, and eggs
  • Step 4

    Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then stir in matcha powder
  • Step 5

    Pour the batter into the loaf pan
  • Step 6

    Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Step 7

    Let it cool before slicing
