VEGAN PROTEIN STUFFED DATES

    Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Teami Vegan Protein (Chocolate or Vanilla)
  • 8 Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips (optional)

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a small bowl, mix together the Teami Vegan Protein and almond butter until well combined
  • Step 2

    Carefully stuff each date with the protein-almond butter mixture
  • Step 3

    Sprinkle with shredded coconut and top with dark chocolate chips if desired
  • Step 4

    Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving
