MATCHA MOCHI

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Teami Matcha Powder
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • Cornstarch (for dusting)

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Mix rice flour, sugar, matcha, and water in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth
  • Step 2

    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir, then microwave for 1 more minute
  • Step 3

    Dust a surface with cornstarch, then transfer the mochi dough onto it
  • Step 4

    Flatten and cut into 8 pieces, shaping into balls or desired shapes
  • Step 5

    Dust with more cornstarch to prevent sticking and enjoy!
