    Ingredients

  • 1 Teami Chai Tea bag brewed and chilled
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk

    Instructions

  • Step 1

    Blend the chilled tea with the protein powder, banana, and almond milk
  • Step 2

    Serve cold for a post-workout recovery shake
